Privacy Policy

Firny is operated by Neit Vision LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Neit Vision LLC. For privacy questions or requests, email i@firny.io.

This policy covers firny.io, app.firny.io, our pilot enquiry form and the AI interview. A future pilot involving your company's systems or records will require a separate agreement and an appropriate data-handling scope.

What we collect and why

• Pilot enquiries: your name, company, email address and phone number, to respond to your enquiry, prepare a possible pilot and follow up with you.
• AI interviews: your messages, AI-generated replies, interview progress and any resulting pilot brief, to conduct and resume the conversation and understand your business needs.
• Demo access: the login information you submit is processed to check access and create a private session. The current demo uses a shared demo account; it does not create an individual customer profile.
• Technical information: our hosting provider processes request information, which can include your IP address and browser information, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. The application uses the request IP for rate limiting.

The replay displays anonymized findings and illustrative decisions. It does not upload your business records, scan the company domain you enter, connect to your systems or send messages on your behalf.

AI processing and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and application, stores enquiry records and interview messages in D1, and processes AI interviews through Workers AI. The AI receives your name, company and conversation. We do not insert the email and phone fields from the enquiry form into the AI prompt, but any information you type into the conversation may be included.

Cloudflare describes its handling of AI inputs and outputs in its Workers AI data policy. Our saved interview history is separate from the AI inference request and remains stored by Firny as described below.

Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on the site. Loading them sends a request from your browser to Google, which receives technical request information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Authorized people working on your enquiry may review the information you provide. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the service and people's rights. Hosting and other service providers may process information outside your country; this version does not promise storage in a particular country.

Cookies and local storage

• Interview session: the firny_session cookie lets this browser return to its saved interview for up to 30 days.
• App sign-in: the __Host-firny_app cookie keeps the demo signed in for up to 12 hours. Signing out clears this cookie.
• Company label: if you choose “Use my company”, the firny_demo_domain browser-storage entry remembers the label you entered until you reset the example or clear browser storage. Entering a domain does not trigger a website scan.

This version does not include advertising or analytics trackers. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser; doing so may sign you out or remove this browser's access to the saved interview. Clearing browser storage does not delete the enquiry records held by Firny.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry information to handle your request and related follow-up. Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, whether a pilot is agreed, and any applicable legal or dispute-related requirements. This early version has no automatic enquiry-deletion schedule: deletion is handled manually. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete the stored enquiry or conversation.

To close your enquiry or request deletion, email i@firny.io. We will review what can be deleted and explain any information that must be retained. Provider-managed backups may remain until their normal expiry.

Your choices and rights

Where consent is required, we ask for it before saving your enquiry and starting the interview. Where applicable law permits, we also process information to respond to requests you make before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. You can withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict processing or object to it. You can also complain to the relevant privacy regulator. Send requests to i@firny.io. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You can also download your interview from its conversation page.

Keep sensitive information out of this version

Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records through the enquiry form or interview. Provide a description of your business and workflow instead. Firny is intended for adult business users.

Changes and contact
