Terms of Service

These terms govern the early-access Firny website at firny.io, the demo at app.firny.io, pilot enquiries and the AI interview. The service is provided by Neit Vision LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: i@firny.io.

Using this version

These terms are provided for your review before you sign in or submit an enquiry. Use the service only if you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults evaluating Firny for business use. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for the information you submit and commitments you make on its behalf.

Firny is at an early stage. The app currently provides an interactive pilot replay using anonymized findings and illustrative decisions and work. It does not connect to your systems, upload your customer records or perform work in your business. A company domain entered in the replay changes the example label only.

Enquiries and future pilots

The enquiry form and AI interview help us understand a possible pilot. Submitting them does not purchase a service, create a subscription, book a meeting or guarantee that a pilot will be offered. This version has no checkout or automatic billing.

Any real pilot, paid engagement, access to company systems or processing of customer records must be covered by a separate agreement defining the scope, permissions, commercial terms and data-handling responsibilities. The demo does not authorize access to your business systems.

AI outputs and human decisions

AI replies and examples may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review relevant sources and use your own judgment before relying on an output. Illustrative results, recorded deal values and example decisions are not promises of revenue, savings, recovery or future performance.

You remain responsible for decisions you make using the service. The enquiry interviewer cannot send external messages, arrange meetings or change business records. Any future authority given to AI employees must be agreed explicitly for that pilot.

Your information and access

Submit only information you are entitled to provide. Keep passwords, access tokens, payment details, sensitive personal information and confidential customer records out of the enquiry and interview.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate the enquiry, interview and demo, respond to you and carry out any separately agreed work. These terms do not grant us ownership of your business data. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use only access that has been provided or authorized for you. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, use the service unlawfully or attempt to access someone else's information.

Firny materials

We or our licensors retain rights in the Firny software, brand and original site materials. You may use the demo for its intended evaluation purpose. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners; showing an integration example does not establish a partnership or promise that an integration is available.

Availability and limitations

We may update, pause or discontinue early-access features, or restrict access to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements. No uptime, support-response time or business outcome is guaranteed by this demo.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the early-access service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional commitments or liability terms for a real pilot belong in its separate agreement.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time and sign out of the app. Signing out does not delete a saved enquiry or interview. To request deletion or discuss a problem, email i@firny.io.
